Among the vineyards
Visit La Alberca house and get to know our project.
COME AND DISCOVER OUR HISTORY
We periodically open the doors of the La Alberca Estate to share our project with you.
Come visit us and get to know our story. Don’t miss the opportunity; you’ll love the experience.
The La Alberca Estate consists of one and a half hectares entirely planted with vineyards of the native grape variety of the region, Muscatel.
As champions of tradition but aware of the importance of innovation, we decided to freeze the grapes to create M de Alejandría. Our goal? To capture all the splendor of this unique variety, both in aroma and flavor.
During the visit, we explore the estate to discover the small treasures that the landscape and our territory offer.
The vineyards are distributed across 7 terraces delimited by characteristic dry stone walls, a UNESCO-protected heritage. They are planted in both bush vines and trellises.
One of the terraces is home to La Alberca, which gives its name to the estate and was once used for water storage and irrigation.
The newly built house reflects the typical design of the region, with the characteristic Riurau for drying grapes, mud floors, and the cambra, which was used for storage and now houses the space from where the project is currently managed.
At the end of the tour, we will be able to taste M de Alejandría and enjoy various pairings with local products. M de Alejandría with sweet, with savory, with products from other small producers… An experience that will leave the visitor amazed.
